Quality Assurance

• Candidate must possess BS Food Technology / BS Biology / BS Microbiology / BS Chemistry.
• Preferably Licensed Food Technologist / Licensed Chemist.
• With extensive knowledge in microbiological analysis such as swab testing, environmental monitoring, Aerobic Plate Count, Yeast and Mold Count, E. Coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus.
• Has experience in preparation of media testing and sterilization of glassware and utensils.
• Familiar with data entry and basic computer skills.
• Has basic knowledge in cGMP and HACCP; strong knowledge in food chemistry, food microbiology, testing concepts and techniques.
• Has positive attitude, willingness to work with peers, honest, detail-oriented and skilled at examining documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to prepare records in accordance with instructions; must be able to handle multi-tasking.
• Equipment to be handled: All laboratory equipment, PC, Fax machine, photocopier.
• Has experience in quality control/assurance works especially microbiological analysis of raw materials and finished products.
• In-charge of acceptance/rejection of incoming materials, imported beverages, SRS, semi-finished product, finished products and ensuring GMP/FS implementation and quality assessment report.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned in Tanauan City, Batangas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php21,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
