• Create quality measurements to track improvement in process
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities
• Adhere to industry quality standards
• Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
• Work closely with the operations team to improve existing process
• Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production

Team-related tasks:

• Coaches team members who need improvement on quality
• Prepares training needs analysis for every team member with a suitable action-plan and conducts monthly refreshers and skills assessments.
• Works as a team with other leaders providing assistance and seeking support wherever required.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in the same role
• Must have good verbal communication skills
• Must have basic knowledge of google sheets and google form
• Must be able to multitask and move at a quick pace
• At least a high school graduate or college undergrad

Salary offer : PHP18,000-PHP22,000/monthly
