Ø A Customer’s Quality Compliance Officer to inspects QA & CM existing processes to ensure that the minimum quality standards are being met.
Ø Customer’s Quality Compliance Officer is internal Quality checker and no one in production/Pampanga mill a will influence or give direction or order except office of the GM/President or Jonathan Tilar as an immediate superior and must respect the Customer’s Quality Compliance Officer to perform audits and compliance on products and processes.
Ø Customer’s Quality Compliance Officer to report the daily observations and concerns to Executive Office / Jonathan Tilar.
Ø Customer’s Quality Compliance Officer are hired to ensure that the production processes are within approved standards.
Ø A Customer’s Quality Compliance Officer Will Specify, implement and test quality management procedures and controls to ensure the compliance with customer requirements.
Ø Conduct checking in production processes specifically to QA and CM to identify and recommend changes and improvements.
Ø Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and recommend changes if needed to continuously improved the QUALITY of ECO-HYGIENE Products.
Ø Establish and maintain the approved quality and comply with regulatory requirements.
Ø Train or conduct the orientation if needed to QA and CM Team about QUALITY MANAGEMENT.
Ø Develop and implement procedures and controls to manage quality processes.
Ø Maintain accurate documentation to support policies and procedures.
Ø Reprimand/Issue the disciplinary actions if someone in QA or CM area refuse to follow the directive.
Ø Submit the daily reports updates to Jonathan Tilar and Office of the President/GM
