Job Description - Quality Assurance Manager - Travel

Position: QA Manager - Travel (Cebu) | Onsite
Start Date: Immediate

Support Type: Voice Support

Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite in Cebu

Shift Schedule & Rest Days: 24/7 coverage

Educational Requirements: Completed second year of college or a college degree

Work Experience:

3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager within a travel or telecommunications voice account
Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
Experience in direct client management
No prior experience required in retail or healthcare lines of business
