Job Description - Quality Assurance Manager - Travel BPO

Position Title: QA Manager - Travel (Cebu) | Onsite
Start Date: ASAP

Support Type: Voice

Work Setup: Fully Onsite in Cebu

Shift & Rest Days: 24/7 schedule

Educational Qualification: Completed second year of college or a college graduate

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager, preferably in travel or telco voice accounts
  • Familiar with quality methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Experience in direct client management
  • Limited or no experience required in retail or healthcare lines of business
