Job Description - Quality Assurance Manager - Travel BPO

Position Title: QA Manager - Travel (Cebu) | Onsite
Start Date: ASAP

Support Type: Voice

Work Setup: Fully Onsite in Cebu

Shift & Rest Days: 24/7 schedule

Educational Qualification: Completed second year of college or a college graduate

Work Experience:

3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager, preferably in travel or telco voice accounts
Familiar with quality methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
Experience in direct client management
Limited or no experience required in retail or healthcare lines of business
