QUALIFICATION
- Must be a graduate of BSBiology major in Microbiology, BSFood Technology or any food related course
- With atleast one (1)year experience
- Knowledgeable in HACCP, cGHP, SSOP and food laboratory operation
- Can do work with less supervision
Purpose of this positio n: Monitor compliance of raw materials, process and product on quality, food safety, customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Objectives : To effectively and efficiently monitor that production conforms to quality, food safety and company approved standard.
RAW MATERIALS
- Conducts receiving raw materials inspection according to Raw Materials Specification requirements
- Ensures rejections and disposals are managed that will not cause any cross contamination in process and raw materials
- Report to purchasing for non conformances during receiving of delivery
- Inspect Environmental condition of the Raw Materials are within food safety Standards
PRODUCTION
- Collects and review production records; and ensure correctness and completeness
- Lead investigation and monitor corrective action for any products and process non conformance
- . Ensures in process reject are documented
R&D
- Performs batch trial run required by customer and for the new raw materials
- Conducts physico chemical analysis of the end product
- Established a comprehensive analysis report
EQUIPMENTS/TOOLS
- Ensures equipment and/or tools calibration are updated
- Prepare NCMR report for repair of equipment/tools
AREA HEADS
- Collaborate with Area Heads for the approved cleaning and sanitation schedule and ensure activity should not compromise safety/quality of the product or process
- Conduct orientation
PURCHASES
- Plans and carry out requisition of materials and tools needed for the quality control activity
- Prepare purchase request for the needed materials with critical inventory level
- Submit NCMR attach to purchase request
- Submit to the Company President for approval
- Upon approval forward to Accounting (set deadline)
LOGISTICS/DELIVERIES
- Review correctiveness and completeness of COA and sign
- Conduct thorough product and label inspection during dispatch. Check the batch number, product date and consume until as reflected in the packing list
- Conduct product inspection and ensures rejections and disposal are managed to avoid cross contamination
INCIDENT REPORT
- Prepares incident report and submit to HR without undue delay
REGULATORY, CUSTOMER, AND THIRD PARTY AUDIT/COMPLIANCE
- Acts as liason officer in supplier, customer and regulatory affair
- Prepare documents and process
- Prepare documents, records and other requirements for Audit
MONTHLY REPORT AND OTHERS
- Prepares needed monthly report such as summary of rejection, disposal and test results
- Cooperate on gathering data conformance for NCMR report
- Conducts supplier and internal audit according to approved audit calendar
- Provides status of quality control performance to the Company Owner at least weekly
- Actively participate in quality and food safety system
- Performs other related functions as assigned by immediate superior
- Orient new hired personnel (qa implementation)

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
