We are hiring for passionate and talented Quality Assurance Team Lead/Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Direct manage Quality Assurance staff and ensure employees follow the company’s quality assurance protocol
  • Serve as point of contact for all QA related queries
  • Responsible for training and development of quality department employees to fulfill client expectations while managing cost.
  • Responsible for confirming and managing compliance with client auditing processes
  • Manages and oversees timely completion of deliverables as required by the Service Level Agreement
  • Partner with Operations and Training teams to provide quality-related information and assist in driving quality improvement initiatives which ensure consistent delivery of services to all clients.
  • Prepare reports, interact with Operations and support groups regarding quality improvement
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Handle stakeholder escalation to ensure satisfaction, and act as interface between team and management

Qualifications:

  • Should have at least 1 year of experience as Quality Assurance Team Lead on a BPO set up
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledgeable in performance data management and analysis
  • Six Sigma experience/certification is preferred
  • Data analytics advance root cause analysis
  • Exceptional leadership skills and great eye for detail
  • Ability to teach and mentor
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
