Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional to join our ticket purchasing/data entry team for a tourism/tour operator company. The Quality Assurance professional will be responsible for ensuring that all customer transactions are accurately recorded, inputted and processed in timely manner. The QA professional will work closely with the team members, supervisors and stakeholders to identify and address issues with data entry and ticket purchasing processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for traveling, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities : 

• Ensure that all customer transactions are accurately recorded, inputted and processed in timely manner
• Monitor data entry processes to identify and address errors, inconsistencies, and other issues.
• Work with team members to provide feedback and coaching on best practices for data entry and ticket purchasing processes.
• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensures compliance with company standards and policies.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of customer transactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with team leaders and managers to develop and implement corrective actions and improvement plans
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and incorporate them into our processes

Qualifications : 

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the tourism/tour operator industry and ticket purchasing/data entry processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Requirements : 

• Knowledge of geography and passion for traveling.
• Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate the workload.
• Must have reliable Internet connections (Main and Backup).
• Must have a reliable laptop or PC.
• Must have a headset with noise cancellation feature.
• Proficiency in data entry and the use of relevant software such as Excel, Google Spreadsheet, databases and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Experience in conducting audits and reviews is a plus.
