Responsibilities:
- Will help determine company needs for leadership development, succession planning, career management, interpersonal skills, and communication training
- Will partner and join other HR professionals to assess and implement organizational development programs, processes and training initiatives to support organizational strategies
- Will develop methods for evaluation of program effectiveness
- Will prepare program reports
- Will perform other duties and/or special projects as necessary
- Draft quality assurance policies, guidelines, and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standard
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality
- Evaluate employees through call listening, side-by-side, live monitoring
Requirements
- Must have at least one year of experience in Quality Assurance within the BPO industry
- Must be amenable to work in shifting schedule
- Must be amenable to work onsite at our office located in Cebu Business Park
