As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will be responsible for:

Essential Responsibilities

• Business Process Management (report, CM, opportunities, contracts, plans).
• Working to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for customer improvement purposes. Standardization of processes.
• Preparing proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes with a customer focus.
• Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
• Contributing to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months

To be successful in this role you will have:

• English professional proficiency
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Experience in customer service and implementation of profitability plans
• A min. of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Quality assurance.
