Job Description - QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST/ RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (in Cavite)

  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Graduate of BS Food Technology / BS Chemistry / BS Nutrition / BS Dietetics
    • Preferably licensed
    • Must have two (2) year of experience in related fields (Food or Non-Food Manufacturing)
    • Knowledgeable in product development, improvement and shelf-life studies.
    • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • WORK SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Collect and analyze component of the product.
    • Assist in technical documentation and changing of formulations and work instructions based on developed products.
    • Standardizes chemical, microbiological, and analytical methods to be adopted as quality control measures for the raw materials and finished products.
    • Conducts batch trial runs to establish final standards and specifications.
    • Maintains consistency in meeting set standards from Batch Run to Commercial Production.
    • Develop, update and maintain SOPs related to Research and Development.
