Your responsibilities

• Providing feedback to team members on all errors with RCA.
• Participating in client calls to capture process updates and monitor compliance with the updates.
• Identifying process gaps and maintaining a tracker for them with the mitigation plan.
• Review the Top error trends and provide possible systematic resolution.
