About the Role

Our client is looking for a full time Quality Curation Specialist to join the Quality team. This team’s focus is on improving, enhancing and curating our logo and non logo template libraries to be the best in the market. This role requires a creative and organized individual who works well in a team and is looking to use their graphic and logo design skills to enhance existing logo and non logo templates, curate collections, optimize logos in search results and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion within our template libraries.

What you'll do

• Curate and improve the appearance and relevance of live logo and non logo template inventory landing pages:

• Copywriting - improve titles and tags to help customers find BrandCrowd logos on Google and to find relevant logos on the website

• Curate tag page results page curation (tags, tiles, featuring) for logo, icon, non logo templates including websites etc

• Visual improvements - edit and enhance existing template improvements including colors, font selection and treatment, element size for logo, icon, non logo templates including websites etc

• Perform regular BrandCrowd search result testing across the logo, icon, non logo and website libraries and make improvements as agreed with the Quality Lead and head of Marketplace ○ Record and maintain records of search result testing across and proposed actions via #bc-tag-title-search-algo-improvements channel

• From time to time, Support Quality Lead in:

• The creation and communication of guidelines as needed

• Proactively review existing libraries for template improvements, report improvements to team

• Provide feedback to relevant teams/Team Leaders on quality of logo and non logo templates, tagging, titles etc

• Remove logos that have suspected or confirmed copyright issues from the library

• Recommend topics for the Creative Lead to include in design brief

• Record your work in a timely manner in a personal tracker and team trackers and meet agreed KPIs

• More and/or different responsibilities can be added may arise as part of the role

• The broader curation team’s responsibilities:

• Create and curate logo, icon, non logo, website stock to sell in the Maker

• Edit and enhance existing inventory including colors, text, titles, tags

• Use reverse image search (RIS) tools to review logo for stock/clipart elements

• Remove logo and non logo assets that have suspected or confirmed copyright issues from the library

• IP management and quality control

• Design new logos from scratch and using owned assets to increase proportion of owned logos

• Create new tagged pages with relevant high quality designs

• Iterate and optimize the existing logo, icon, non logo, website libraries

What You Bring

• Graphic design degree and or strong work experience designing logos is essential

• Content writing and SEO experience would be valued

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Keen goal setter, who is comfortable setting goals and achieving KPIs and targets

• Self-starter with a track record of strong performance

• Strong, confident level of business English expected for editing logos

• Knowledge of graphic design trends

• Fast learner of our systems and processes
