Quality Sales Monitoring Associate

Job Qualifications: • Graduate of any business-related courses. • At least 1 year experience in Administrative functions. • Has an experience in conducting phone calls and emails. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools. • Experience in using Power BI is an advantage but not required. Job Description: • This position is responsible for providing support to the Business Quality team to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of reports and projects.Generate data and validate findings from the following: Market Conduct Monitoring Too, Early Warning System, Welcome Calls, Post Contest Review, Agent Portfolio Review, Mystery Shopping, Policy Replacement, Social media findings• Coordinate findings with the BQ team.• Release and monitor correspondence (e.g. Request to Explain) to the agency force.• Enhance existing processes to shorten BQ’s turnaround time.• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other business requirements.
