Quantity Surveyor Floor Covering

We are urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong Bluebeam take-off skills and experience in floor covering projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs using Bluebeam software.
• Prepare cost estimates, material quantities, and BOQs for floor covering works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with project managers and estimators to ensure cost efficiency.
• Provide timely and precise reporting on project quantities and materials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu (take-off and measurement tools).
• Experience in floor covering or related trades preferred.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
