Job Description - Quantity Surveyor [Manila]

Responsibilities:

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other relevant documents for presentation to Site Engineers or clients.

Review building, construction, or architectural plans and determine quantity needs and cost of materials.

Create price forecasts for the cost of materials and conduct feasibility studies.

Gather data and quantification to verify project progress.

Develop strategies to reduce overall project costs while ensuring best value for money.

Measure and value work performed on site.

Conduct Quantity Take-off and Plan interpretation.

Handle material submission, ordering, and procurement.

Evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.

Perform monthly valuation of work in progress and forecast final cost and sales.

Qualifications:

Must be a PRC Licensed Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.

Required skill(s): Construction, Property Engineering, Real Estate, Commercial, Building, and Infrastructure.
