Quantity Surveyor/Estimator (Civil)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to support a leading Australian engineering and construction client.

The role will focus on civil and structural quantity surveying, material take-offs, measurement, remeasurement, and commercial support across large-scale construction, mining, infrastructure, and industrial projects.

You will work closely with Quantity Surveying, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate measurements, reliable project data, and effective management of project changes and commercial requirements. The formal role scope includes MTO preparation, remeasurement, variations, estimating support, contract compliance, and commercial reporting

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate accurate Material Take-Offs (MTOs) for civil and structural works.
  


• Compile take-off data into remeasurement formats, spreadsheets, and project databases.
  


• Review drawings and designs to identify changes, variations, and commercial impacts.
  


• Support the preparation of cost estimates, tender pricing, and variation assessments.
  


• Assist with contract compliance, claims, notices, and project close-out documentation.
  


• Maintain accurate, high-quality commercial, technical, and project records to support reporting and decision-making.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline, preferably within civil, structural, mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments.
  


• Strong experience in civil and structural measurement, Material Take-Offs (MTOs), remeasurement, and reviewing construction drawings.
  


• Navisworks experience is required, with exposure to Foxit, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar measurement tools considered advantageous.
  


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX, and Power Query.
  


• Experience supporting variations, cost estimates, contract compliance, commercial documentation, and project reporting.
  


• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM  - 4:00PM)
