R&D Associate Engineer

Perform day to day support-NPD and PLS, CC inquiries and execution, material alternative test such as for WA and FA evaluation. Qualification for lab testing requirements. Perform product validation align with the PRO-Launch, PCBA localization and thermal test requirements. Implement design change. Maintain R&D lab equipment, spearhead and lead RD 5S. EE assigned for OMRON, ePDU/PDU, Genepi, ODM - such as Lenovo, EMC, OMRON, Tripplite etc. NPD and STP support, material parts and BOM EE creation. Support product transfer, validation and test, such as PCBA validation and battery localization. Support production line help to solve/validate some issue, and PCBA level analysis. Perform and support quality analysis and solution of customer complaints, and support simulation, electrical and thermal test. Design change for improvements. Marketing. Sales and customer evaluation and sample requirements Know and run process, such as ECR, ECO, control run, rework, etc. Support and Identify VAVE / Cost out Knowledge about SAP, Maintain load and equipment in R&D lab, and 5S and EHS College graduate, preferably in Electrical Engineer (EE) and Electronics Engineering (ECE) Has at least 4 years work experience related to hardware/electrical design engineering Have technical capability in electronics such SPS power supply, UPS, Laboratory equipment such as AC source, Oscilloscope, EOT chamber etc. Team player and can work well with others Punctual and with high sense of urgency and responsibility Safety consciousness Accountable, Drive the result and coordination skills Strategic and with good analytical ability Pro-active and has a positive attitude High attention to detail
