R&D Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for an R&D Engineer with a Chemical License to help develop next-generation nanotechnology solutions. This role focuses on product innovation, testing, and bringing advanced waterproof breathable materials from concept to market. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment.

What You'll Do

• As an R&D Engineer with a Chemical License, you will play a key role in advancing our nanotechnology solutions and developing next-generation waterproof breathable materials from concept to commercialization.
• Drive innovation by developing advanced waterproof breathable membrane technologies
• Lead and support product development activities from concept design through to commercialization,ensuring alignment with technical and market requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define R&D objectives, project timelines, and resource requirements
• Design, conduct, and oversee experiments, testing protocols, and validation processes to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability
• Analyze test results and translate findings into actionable improvements in product design and formulation
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in nanofiber and membrane technologies
• Continuously improve R&D processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation output
• Promote a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous technical learning within the team
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a safe, controlled laboratory and production environment

Education/Requirement

• Must be a licensed Chemical Engineer
• Fresh Grads are accepted from top universities
• Junior experience only not too senior
