RCI: Finance Supervisor

This post will supervise the day-to-day finance function of the RCI parent company and it subsidiary. This post will be responsible for monitoring and consolidating any reports required by different parties from the RCI Group.

•    Monitors the monthly and year-end closing of books of accounts, and prepare the financial statements (including budgets and forecasts with variance analysis) of the assigned entity
•    Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated reports and presentation
•    Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the reports due from the finance teams of the various subsidiaries and ensuring their timely submission
•    Coordinate and provide updates to the upper management and head office consolidated team during group consolidation activities
•    Monitors reconciliation of the intercompany balances and ensure recording and settlement with counterparties
•    Manage the cashflow requirements and treasury function of the assigned entities
•    Prepare bank reconciliation reports
•    Analyze and improve intercompany costs and revenue
•    Monitors timely processing of disbursements and collection of receivables
•    Continuous improvement of standard operating procedures for finance processes
•    Liaise with external auditors and address/implement audit findings
•    Balance Sheet and P&L accounts clean-up and reconciliation
•   Monitors the preparation and filing of taxes and fees as required by different government agencies
•    Perform other duties/reports as may be required from time to time

Qualifications

•    Preferably B.S Accounting graduate
•    At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting and at least 1 year of experience in a Supervisor role
•    Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Netsuite experience is a plus
