Job Description - RCI: HR Associate (PD) - Cebu

This role is to provide support to Permanent Deployment of Medical Staff in RelianceUnited Health subsidiary Clinics.

Duties and Responsibilities

Do End to End Recruitment Processes for the Staffing needs of RelianceUnited Health subsidiaries
Collaborate with different internal stakeholders such as but not limited to - Clinic Management Team, Account Management Team,
Payroll, etc. to ensure an excellent onboarding experience for our on-site personnel.
Timely and accurate encoding and updating of data in tracker/s.

Background and Qualifications

Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management.
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
Must be willing to work on site (Cebu Office).
Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
