Job Description - RCI: HR Associate (PD) - Cebu



This role is to provide support to Permanent Deployment of Medical Staff in RelianceUnited Health subsidiary Clinics.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Do End to End Recruitment Processes for the Staffing needs of RelianceUnited Health subsidiaries
  • Collaborate with different internal stakeholders such as but not limited to - Clinic Management Team, Account Management Team, 
  • Payroll, etc. to ensure an excellent onboarding experience for our on-site personnel.
  • Timely and accurate encoding and updating of data in tracker/s.    

Background and Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
  • Must be willing to work on site (Cebu Office).
  • Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
