Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Concept Development
• Collaborate with Business Units (BUs) and Brand Marketing to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives aligned with business and brand strategies.
• Prepare detailed event proposals, including creative concepts, program outlines, and activity schedules.
2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Work with internal teams (BUs, Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing) and external partners/vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Align event plans with BU objectives and marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
3. Event Execution & On-site Management
• Oversee event set-up (ingress) and dismantling (egress), ensuring all logistics are handled, including booth delivery, collateral distribution, and equipment setup.
• Manage event registration, booth manning, and attendee engagement during the event.
• Ensure smooth program flow and address operational issues in real time.
4. Logistics & Resource Management
• Coordinate with SCM (supply chain management) delivery and installation of booths, event materials, promotional items, and other collateral.
• Manage vendor contracts, bookings, and service agreements to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
5. Event Coverage & Post-Event Activities
• Work with the Digital Marketing team to coordinate event coverage, including photography, videography, and live updates.
• Conduct post-event evaluations, compile reports, and provide recommendations for future events.
Educational Attainment and Work Experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in events management, activations, or marketing support, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or consumer goods industries
• Hands-on experience coordinating events from planning to execution, including logistics and stakeholder coordination
Skills & Competencies
• Good project coordination skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and partners
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging event concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools for event promotion and tracking
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing requirements
Other Requirements
• Willingness to travel to event sites as required
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on event schedules (will offset hours)
• Interest in health, wellness, and community engagement is an advantage
