We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to join our team. The Inside Sales Agent will play a crucial role in generating and converting leads into qualified appointments for our real estate agents. Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Management:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads from various sources, including websites, social media, and referrals.
- Utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Lead Nurturing and Engagement:
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand clients' needs, preferences, and motivations to tailor communication and offerings effectively.
Qualification and Needs Assessment:
- Ask targeted questions to qualify leads based on their readiness to buy or sell real estate.
- Identify clients' key criteria, budget, timeline, and other essential factors.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads to meet with our real estate agents.
- Coordinate schedules between leads and agents to ensure smooth appointment arrangements.
Follow-Up and Engagement:
- Implement a strategic follow-up plan to maintain communication with leads who are not yet ready to move forward.
- Regularly provide updates, gather additional information, and offer assistance.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, neighborhoods, and developments.
- Provide relevant market insights and information to leads as needed.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with our real estate agents, brokers, and team members to facilitate the seamless transition of leads.
- Communicate effectively with team members to share lead insights, updates, and progress.
Metrics Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, appointment rates, and response times.
- Provide regular reports on lead status and engagement.
Training and Development:
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to leads by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, telemarketing, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and technology tools.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend calls if necessary.
