Real Estate Sales and Marketing Officer (46396) - Davao City

NOTE: WITH SATURDAY SCHEDULE- Research and purchase of land in the Davao region- Sales and marketing of housing, or perform as broker when needed- Manage sales activities of brokers and agencies- Communicate and follow-up with clients, in house architects and stakeholders to ease the project- Timely report to sales and collection data to the accounting department- Manage the projects by preparing the business development budget and continually track expenses- Drafts and executes letter of intent, contract to sell, contract amendments, quitclaims, and deeds- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to timeQUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree holder- At least 3 years of experience in sales in a real estate industry- Experience in housing developer or broker is a plus- Basic knowledge and experience in real estate laws and regulations
