Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our sales team, driving sales strategy, and ensuring efficient and effective sales operations. You will collaborate closely with agents and brokers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls from potential sellers and generate leads using our CRM system.
  • Facilitate seamless and friendly handoffs to our Sales Representatives.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency in achieving goals across multiple activities and projects simultaneously.
  • Build relationships and rapport through outbound calls, focusing on engaging and securing commitment from prospects.
  • Evaluate seller motivation, urgency, and other lead indicators during pre-screening.
  • Make quick decisions when interacting with potential customers in response to changing circumstances.
  • Schedule appointments for our Outside Acquisitions Manager based on seller motivation and equity.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and accurately report KPIs in the company CRM.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Enthusiastic demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated by achievement and success.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in or capable of swiftly mastering real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Team-oriented individual who excels in a collaborative, impactful work environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferred.

Salary: 1200$ monthly + bonuses
