About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Real Estate VA to support a high-performing real estate team in New Zealand. This is a hybrid role with a strong focus on listing coordination, CRM data management, social media scheduling, and design support.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing Coordination: Manage property listings, update platforms, and ensure timely uploads.
• CRM Data Management: Maintain and clean databases using VaultRE, REX, or similar tools.
• Social Media Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts across platforms to boost engagement.
• Design Support: Create visually appealing marketing materials using Canva.
• Client Communication: Attend occasional evening calls and provide updates with clarity and professionalism.

• VaultRE / REX (or similar CRM platforms)
• CoreLogic / RP Data
• Canva
• Google Workspace
• Basic design editing tools

🕒 Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM NZST
• Flexibility for occasional evening client calls

• Minimum 2 years supporting real estate agents or property managers
• Experience with NZ or AU real estate markets is a big plus
• Strong written English and proactive communication
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
