Job Description - Real Estate/Property Finance Officer (Australian Client/Day Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Real Estate/Property Finance Officer to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and financial processing experience within the property industry.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business by managing trust account duties, processing settlements, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter daily listings, offers, exchanges, and sales data into MultiArray Real Estate Manager
  • Process property settlements and prepare settlement statements
  • Manage receipting and daily transaction processing
  • Perform trust account transactions and related duties in compliance with company procedures
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and issue invoices
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team as required
  • Assist in maintaining efficient office operations and documentation
  • Previous experience in the real estate or property industry
  • Experience with trust accounting and settlements preferred
  • Familiarity with MultiArray Real Estate Manager or similar CRM/property software is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests.

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
