RECEPTIONISTASEA is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. EMPLOYEE WILL LIVE IN THE PHILIPPINES.Manila, PhilippinesSUMMARY: The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and directing associates, guests, and customers, answering phone calls, and supporting the office with a variety of office responsibilities as assigned. This position will ensure a friendly environment for all visitors and work to keep the facility organized and running smoothly.RESPONSIBILITIES: Welcomes, directs and greets associates, guests, and customers in an organized, warm and friendly environment.Answers, screens, and forwards any incoming calls while providing basic information, if needed.Works closely with the Senior Finance and Admin on inventory of office supplies, ordering, maintenance, and organization.Assists the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor in pulling the stock for Will Call, shipments, and other items as needed.Helps the Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor in maintaining Will Call inventory levels and restock as needed. Processes Will Call orders.Make outbound and receive inbound calls, SMS, chat messages, and emails, regarding associate orders, returns, and will call needs.Receives and sorts daily mail and deliveries.Manages front desk and lobby area to ensure effective communication, direction, and organizing.Provides regular task updates to the Country Manager.Work with associate support, sales, marketing, logistics, and other departments as needed to accomplish goals.Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of reception experience.Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel. Graduate of any 4-year course.Experience with Direct Sales, or Network Marketing industry a plus.Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.Flexible, dependable, and professional.Able to work independently and prioritize in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.Great attention to detail and ability to multitask.Experience supporting events a plus.Ability to sit or stand and move around for the entire shift (8 hours+ per day; usual schedule is M-F, 8-hour days starting at 9am).
