About the Role of Recruitment Admin Assistant  

We're seeking a dynamic Recruitment Admin Assistant to support our partner company's hiring activities. In this role, you'll be an integral part of their talent acquisition process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You'll be the engine that keeps the recruitment machine running smoothly, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Source top talent: Advertise open positions on leading job boards like Indeed and Seek, ensuring maximum visibility and attracting qualified candidates. 
• Identify promising candidates: Screen applications and resumes, creating shortlists of candidates who best match the role's requirements. You'll have a keen eye for talent and the ability to identify the right fit. 
• Manage the interview process: Schedule interviews, send invitations, and coordinate logistics, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all involved. 
• Handle essential paperwork: Review candidate documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. You'll be meticulous and detail-oriented in your approach. 
• Facilitate onboarding: Draft and send employment contracts, and monitor the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into their roles. 
• Gather training feedback: Liaise with direct reports to collect feedback on training programs and monitor the completion of training modules. You'll play a key role in ensuring employee development. 
• Track and monitor recruitment progress: Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process, providing updates and reports as needed.

About You

Must-Have Qualifications 

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• A proactive and positive attitude.  

Bonus Points for 

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration. 
• 4Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
