We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruitment Administrative Assistant to support our recruitment team with both administrative tasks and onsite candidate coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is people-oriented, detail-focused, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all candidates.
Receive and assist candidates onsite, guiding them through the end-to-end recruitment process (e.g., test tasks, interviews, job offers)
Coordinate schedules and help ensure a smooth flow of onsite recruitment activities
Keep candidate trackers and recruitment documents updated and organized
Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment Team, including filing, data entry, and logistics
Procure necessary items for onsite recruitment operations, such as snacks or refreshments for candidates, office supplies (e.g., pens, printed forms), and materials for job fairs or events
Assist in preparing the recruitment area and materials needed for daily operations and hiring events
Assist in sourcing.
Support ad hoc tasks and errands related to recruitment activities
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in recruitment or administrative work is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with spreadsheets or tracking tools is an advantage
