Abba Personnel Services Inc. is looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join us in our Mandaluyong office.
Job Description:
• Directly report to immediate Project Manager
• Assist and support Recruitment Specialists and Project Manager
• Perform clerical functions
• Request vacancy advertisement from Marketing by discussing highlights of your account and vacancy and sending an online request
• Ensure that job vacancies are posted in various websites and job portals
• Source suitable applicants for various vacancies of clients through different channels such as advertisements, hospital or establishment calling, referrals and flyers, etc.
• Conduct screening and initial interviews (phone, face-to-face or online) of applicants based on set of requirements provided by the client
• Arrange the employer interview schedule of shortlisted candidates and provide tips on how to pass the interview
• Check authenticity of documents and consistency of information provided by the candidate
• Schedule interviews, create calendars, send interview confirmation, monitor inboxes and reconcile interview cancellation
• Process background checks
• Orient suitable applicants on client's profile, vacancies, salary, benefits and life abroad
• Line-up applicants for client’s scheduled interview with the agency
• Pitch ideas to Project Manager on additional strategies to obtain more qualified and varied candidates
• Process and deploy applicants who are given an employment offer
• Liaise with the applicant, DMW Processing Specialist, visa team and client to meet the target deployment date
• Prepare documentary requirements needed for the visa and OEC process of the worker
• Update the client about the candidate’s progress
• Build and develop relationships with the business clients
• Ensure that personal information of data subjects are protected
• Update applicant information via ATS and submission of weekly recruitment status reports
• Conduct a final briefing to all departing workers
• Send invoices and coordinate with the client regarding the payment of unpaid invoices
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned to him from time to time by the Recruitment Specialist or Project Manager of the company
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any 4-year course
• 1 year work experience is an advantage
• strong English written and oral communication skills
• Flexible, hardworking and organized
• With knowledge in Google, Zoom, Adobe and other online tools
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Can work well with a team and independently
