Recruitment

• Post and manage job ads in various portals. 
  
• Screen resumes and job applications for talents who embody SVEN’s core values and possess the necessary skills to succeed in the agency.
  
• Manage the whole potential candidate to employee conversion process.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment requirements.
  
• Create recruitment reports that could be used as basis for hiring projections and trends for future planning. 
  

Onboarding 

Other Duties and Responsibilities 

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. 
  
• Compiling and updating of employee records (hard and soft copies)
  
• ​Conduct periodic reviews to identify best practices and necessary improvements to recommend ways to refresh SVEN’s recruitment and onboarding processes.
