Role Overview
The Recruitment Lead (US Recruitment) is responsible for managing and developing a team of US recruiters to ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant hiring delivery. This role provides day-to-day leadership, performance management, process oversight, and strategic direction to support full-cycle US recruitment efforts. The Recruitment Lead ensures team productivity, recruiting excellence, and alignment with US hiring standards, client expectations, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US recruiters supporting full-cycle recruitment
Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and development planning
Monitor daily activity metrics including sourcing, submissions, interviews, and placements
Provide guidance on complex roles, market challenges, and candidate management strategies
Review candidate submissions to ensure quality, alignment, and competitiveness
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and priority roles
Ensure consistent use of ATS and recruitment systems
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive performance insights and action plans
Support onboarding and continuous training initiatives to strengthen recruiter capability
Qualifications & Experience
Strong experience in US recruitment, preferably in an offshore or BPO environment
Proven experience leading or supervising a team of recruiters
Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and US hiring practices
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate evaluation
Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools
Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across time zones
Comfortable working night shift and supporting US-based operations
