What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical candidates
• Screening and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications
• Conducting in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining an effective applicant tracking system and reporting on recruitment metrics
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the recruitment industry

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in handling niche, hard-to-fill, and specialized IT roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-calibre technical talent
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
