Job Description - Recruitment Services Administrator

The Corporate Services Unit supports the business operations of Birches Group through the provision of an effective resources management program, providing business support services in the areas of human resources, finance, and administration.        



The Recruitment Services Administrator, as a member of the Corporate Services Unit, has a key role in sustaining the delivery of the recruitment process.  The role organizes recruitment activities to fulfill the staffing requirements of operational teams. The Recruitment Services Administrator ensures that Birches Group's quality standards are met throughout the recruitment process and that the integrity of the process is consistently maintained.



Duties and Responsibilities: 



  • Examine delivery of recruitment services for consistency and conformity with established guidelines and approaches.

  • Oversee the range of recruitment activities to fulfill staffing requirements, identifying challenges to sustaining services and standards.

  • Advise on the provision of services, identifying issues that promote or impede the delivery of staffing needs and requirements.

  • Recommend remedial measures to address emerging issues related to service delivery to sustain and improve the provision of recruitment services.

  • Explain recruitment standards and procedures to candidates, recruiting managers, staff, and third-party vendors to build an informed basis for interaction.

  • Anticipate operational and systematic issues affecting the timely delivery of staffing requirements that sustain continuity in the provision of service.

  • Sustains the integrity of the hiring process by ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the entire recruitment process.

  • Anticipate operational and systematic issues affecting the integrity of the full recruitment process, ensuring that reliability is sustained.



Target Specialized Knowledge:



  • Bachelors Degree

  • Prior specific experience in delivering recruitment and selection services in support of a business function

  • Fluency in English is essential to communicate in writing and speaking.
