Job Overview:
This position is responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies to fulfill the staffing needs of warehouses. The role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for vacant positions, ensuring alignment with the approved manpower budget and adherence to company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management (HRDM)
At least one year of relevant work experience
Familiarity with various facets of Human Resources
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
