We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Lead to join our team. The Recruitment Lead will oversee the recruitment process, manage, hiring, and train the talent acquisition team, and develop strategies to attract top talent. This role is crucial in ensuring that our hiring processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with our company culture and goals. This role will develop and drive strategy for full life-cycle recruitment efforts for both high volume, support, and management level positions. In addition to driving strategy, this role will partner with the HR and Leadership teams to drive innovation to improve the candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience. 

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Set performance goals and KPIs for the recruitment team and ensure they are met.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Conduct regular reviews, appraisals, and manage performance management procedures alongside HR.
  • Support and implement any corporate decisions regarding operations to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other leaders to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage in talent acquisition.
  • Implement innovative approaches to attract passive candidates.

Employer Branding:

  • Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives and campaigns.
  • Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and other networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment process management especially in a BPO, RPO, or MSP set-up environment
  • Experience in BPO, RPO or MSP is an advantage.
  • Experience in Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a startup company.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Amenable to work in Quezon Avenue, QC.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid set up.
  • Amenable to work from 5am to 2am.
