Refunds Analyst

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Ayala, Makati)

Shift Schedule: Nightshift

Requirements:

• AP and AR Experience
• Above average communication skills
• Open to Fresh Graduates (Graduates of Finance and Accounting Courses)

Responsibilities:

• Reconciling Outstanding Refunds: Daily reconciliation of refunds across different entities to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Analyzing Refund Eligibility: Examining payer remittances and other relevant data to determine if refunds are warranted.
• Processing Refunds: Accurately processing refunds in accordance with established procedures, contracts, and regulations.
• Maintaining Records: Keeping organized and updated records of all refund activities for audit purposes.
