Key responsibilities of the Regional Area Manager include:

• Implementing field strategies and policies to achieve division forecasts and national objectives.
• Analyzing division and district data to maximize sales growth.
• Recruiting, managing, and leading Zone Managers, providing training, development, and motivation.
• Building a strong, high-performing sales team.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Regional Area Manager candidate must have:

• 6 years of leadership experience handling total VisMin
• Career progression within field sales & within the direct selling space
• Strong leadership skills through training, coaching and empowering the salesforce
