Position Overview:

The Regional Controller plays a crucial role at Octal Philippines Inc., responsible for managing all financial operations within the region. This position involves overseeing financial reporting, compliance with regulations, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. The Regional Controller will collaborate closely with senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives and ensure robust financial practices across the organization.

• Certified Public Accountant
• At least 10 years professional experience as Controller, (10-15 yrs for Regional Controller background)
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software preferably NetSuite Oracle and databases
• Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Flexible and willing to work long hours, even GY, if needed
