Position Summary:

The Regional Controller serves as a key financial leader within Octal Philippines Inc., responsible for the financial oversight and fiscal health of the regional operations. This role includes directing financial planning, analyzing financial performance, managing reporting standards, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. The Regional Controller will play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making and will provide insightful financial analysis to support the organization’s goals.

• • Certified Public Accountant
  • At least 10 years professional experience as Controller, (10-15 yrs for Regional Controller background)
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software preferably NetSuite Oracle and databases
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours, even GY, if needed
• MUST HAVE: Regional Controller – 10 to 15 yrs experience handling IT/BPO set up, with 800 to 1000 total workforce: interacting/collaborating with US Managers and Accounting/Payroll counterparts.
