REGIONAL CONTROLLER - Financial & Accounting (Hybrid)

The Regional Controller is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing budgeting processes, and supporting strategic financial planning under the supervision of the US Controller, to promote strong financial practices across the organization.     

Qualification Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant
• At least 10 years professional experience as Controller, (10-15 yrs. for Regional Controller background)
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software preferably NetSuite Oracle and databases
• Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Accounting experience handling IT/BPO set up, with 800 to 1000 total workforce: interacting/collaborating with US Managers and Accounting/Payroll counterparts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Flexible and willing to work on graveyard hours, if needed.
