QUALIFICATIONS:

• • Certified Public Accountant
  • At least 10 years of professional experience as Controller, (10-15 yrs for Regional Controller background)
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting software preferably NetSuite Oracle and databases
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and applicable regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Flexible and willing to work long hours, even GY, if needed

MUST HAVE: Regional Controller – 10 to 15 yrs experience handling IT/BPO set up, with 800 to 1000 total workforce: interacting/collaborating with US Managers and Accounting/Payroll counterparts.
Controller – 5 to 10 years background handling IT/BPO set up, with 800 to 1000 total workforce: interacting/collaborating with US Managers, and Accounting/Payroll counterparts.
