Acts as support for Marketing Director as marketing Lead for Barangay Store Marketing/LSM. Tasked to create, activate Local Store Marketing Programs and Maximize Local Store Marketing budgets of stores, especially Franchisees.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. MARKETING MANAGEMENT
- Develops strategic initiatives for Barangay Store Marketing to help generate incremental sales for stores and good community relations.
- Ensures the development and creation of BSM for regions.
- Provides guidance to Regional Marketing Officers for BSM/LSM initiatives.
- Monitors and Analyzes program implementation and performance with cross-functional teams to maximize partnerships together with the Regional Marketing Officers
- Coordinates with the Regional Marketing Officers the implementation of store-related activities such as but not limited to anniversaries, festivals, and store openings.
- Ensure excellent execution of promo of regions.
- Analyzes overall impact of campaigns for benchmarking
- Lead for Franchise Partner Summit Program
2. SALES CONTRIBUTION
- through plans and programs based on calendar.
3. BUDGET MONITORING
- Monitors and records spending of BSM and Maximization of LMSF Fund of Franchisees.
4. SPECIAL PROJECTS
- Handles identified special projects and/or tasks assigned by the Marketing Director from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
FUNCTIONAL – Plans, implements, monitors and evaluates the overall Regional and Local Store Marketing of Julie’s Bakeshop across all regions inclusive of the Regional Marketing Services Officers and Coordinators of the region. Also, in charge of ensursing execution of national marketing initiatives.
COMMUNICATION – Acts as the main Marketing Services Section communication depot for LSM communication support.
RECORDS & REPORTS – Ensures compliance of all regional Marketing Services communications records & reports requirement. Develops regional Marketing Services summaries and analyses of regular marketing reports required.
TRAVELS & MEETINGS – Travels from time to time, based on the direction and instruction of Marketing Director.
BUDGET MONITORING – Monitors and records actual regional marketing budget and LSMF expenditures vs. budgets and prepares a monthly and quarterly summary and analysis.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Assists the Marketing Director in the implementation of all national marketing programs and plans and implements regional marketing services strategic and tactical projects/programs; On-ground activation events, in-store merchandising, trade marketing, sales building programs, etc.
TRAINING – Supports key Marketing Services Trainings/Workshops especially made for the bakeshops as delegated by the Marketing Director, which would entail traveling from time to time.
SPECIAL PROJECTS - Handles identified special projects and/or tasks assigned by the Marketing Director from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
