Job Description
Innovations and Renovations This position entails leading innovation efforts by identifying new product opportunities through consumer, category, and customer insights. The role involves evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying gaps in the market, and navigating regulatory challenges. Additionally, the job requires collaborating with commercial managers to brainstorm potential opportunities based on local market insights and available data.
Brand Strategy The role involves integrating brand strategies to achieve regional business objectives under the guidance of the APAC Marketing Director. This includes developing mid- to long-term marketing plans, managing budgets for key projects, and overseeing the creation of marketing briefs and creative work with agency partners.
Day to Day Brand Building Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing trends and competitive activities, prioritizing and driving cross-functional initiatives such as new product launches and margin improvement projects, and managing stakeholder relationships. This involves regular collaboration with local sales teams and third-party partners to identify opportunities for profitable sales and margin growth.
