About the Role:
Burket is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and drive our sales operations in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets to ensure the company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Visayas and Mindanao regions.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in the assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasts and sales activity reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
