Role & responsibilities
- l Prepare compelling offers for both export and domestic customers in the Eastern Region.
- l Follow up persistently on the offers, negotiate to convert them into orders and ensure timely execution.
- l Coordinate closely and effectively with the OMC/PPC/Production and Quality department to ensure seamless delivery of orders.
- l Communicate promptly with the Director of Boilers to comply with IBR TC requirements of customers.
- l Visit clients as required to build rapport and drive sales.
- l Develop impressive brochures and websites with the Digital Marketing Head to attract potential customers.
- l Organize and execute domestic and export exhibitions in Kenya, Delhi, and upcoming exhibitions in Goa and Germany to showcase our products and services.
- l Follow up assertively on payments to ensure timely collection.
- l Prepare outstanding offers for both export and domestic customers in the Eastern Region.
- l Follow up proactively on the offers, negotiate to convert them into orders and ensure timely execution.
- l Prepare comprehensive ISO documentation for ISO Audit.
- l Provide meticulous documentation and participate in API Audit to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- l Follow up persistently with customers for regular orders and lead generation to drive sales growth.
- l Handle customer complaints/disputes assertively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- l Coordinate closely with Export Logistics for seamless and timely shipments.
Preferred candidate profile
l B.Tech/B.E / MBA in Any Specialization
b. Work Experience
Minimum of 6-8 years of Seamless Sales experience -
l Good Techno-commercial acumen,
l Customer Focus
l People Management
l Negotiation and communication
