Job Description - Regional Sales Manager Philippines Sales

Proficio is an award-winning managed detection and response (MDR) services provider. We provide 24/7 security monitoring, investigation, alerting and response services to organizations in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail and other industries. Our typical client is a medium to large-sized organization that lacks the in-house resources to address the challenges of a rapidly changing threat landscape. The difficulty of hiring and retaining cybersecurity professionals are widely understood but our prospective clients also struggle to effectively harness technology and build hardened processes.

SUMMARY

Located in the Philippines, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business by selling direct and through channel partners for the Philippines territory. The RSM will utilize sales engineering and business development teams to provide a consultative approach and align Proficio's service offerings with clients' needs. The ideal candidate has a proven history of exceeding sales quotas and building a strong pipeline of future business, all while providing superior customer service.

The successful candidate will develop, manage and secure new business with new customers in the assigned territory that leads to the sale of Proficio’s products and services, having responsibility for all new business in the territory selling direct and through channel partners. Candidates will be extremely well connected at high levels within the IT organizations of enterprises and have a proven track record of success in security, networking or related IT products and especially services.

  • Heavy emphasis on prospecting for new leads and manage the Philippines territory to generate sufficient opportunity pipeline to develop, qualify and close enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop leads, follow-up and engagement of assigned leads and meetings developed from the company’s marketing programs and lead development teams.
  • Close leads, maximize revenue by building and maintaining a sales pipeline through successful territory and account management. Negotiate client contracts engaging with senior IT executives including C-levels.
  • Achievement of regional sales quota goals, drive and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan that is aligned with the corporate strategy and focused on target enterprise accounts.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management in a timely and consistent manner utilizing effective reporting systems.
  • Deliver on-line and face-to-face presentations highlighting Proficio’s capabilities, leverage technical and corporate resources.
  • Effectively map Proficio’s solutions to meet prospects needs and challenges, ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years’ experience direct sales in cybersecurity industry (MSSP highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with C-level executives (CISO, CIO, IT)
  • Technical acumen (ability to discuss security, networking, and software/ hardware solutions)
  • Proven track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas and adding new logos
