Responsibilities
- In charge of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition / intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates
- Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and expectations
- Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
- Extend job offers to shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with various organizations including tertiary institutions for recruitment events, internship and talent pipelining
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written English.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimally 3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition, experience in hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, among others.
- Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
