Basic Function

Responsible in providing general assistance to the Sr. Project Engineer and/or to the Project Manager/Construction Manager in the absence in the absence of the Sr. Project Engineer in the implementation of the project in most economical, safest and above acceptable work standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist the Project Manager/Construction Manager ( in the absence of as Sr. Project Engineer) the preparation of the Project Budget for submission/approval of the President and/or Chairman.

2. Prepares shop drawing for presentation/approval by the owner before the actual implementation.

3. Assist in identifying and recommending manpower, equipment, tools required of the project.

4. Assist in carrying out the activities/strategies as planned.

5. Assist the supervision and coordination in the implementation of projects based on design.

6. Ensure that project technical specifications are implemented as per design.

7. Monitor the attendance of the jobsite employees/workers.

8. Responsible in conducting periodic reports and prepares progress report on project implementation for submission to the Project Manager/Construction Manager/GM-construction.

9. Ensure quality control on project implementation.

10. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors with regards to project implementation/activities.

11. Recommends to the Sr. Project Engineer/Construction Manager/Project Manager alternative course of action in solving problem.

12. Responsible for the safety of the workplace.

13. Supervise and evaluate work performance of subordinate and recommend to the President thru the Construction Manager/Project Manager/GM-Construction for appropriate action.

14. Responsible for the management of all project equipment/tools and materials endorsed to the project.

15. Implement deviation/changes as per owner’s requirement.

16. Recommend additional project cost covering the changes as required.

17. Supervise and review as-built drawings for submission to owner thru the Project Manager/Construction Manager.

18. Assist in the testing and commissioning of installed electrical system and equipment.

19. Assist the Sr. Project Engineer/Construction Manager/Project Manager for the hand-over of the completed project to the respective owner/clients.

20. Assist the Sr. Project. Engineer/Construction Manager/Project Manager for timely preparation of turnover documents prior to hand-over of the project.

21. Performs other duties that may be assigned to from time to time as required by the project.

Minimum Qualification:

1. B.S. E.E. Graduate (preferably licensed)

2. At least with 7 years experience in handling electrical construction projects

3. At 28 years old

4. Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
